The AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that support business objectives and drive innovation. This role involves building, training, testing, and deploying AI models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-driven applications. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex problems into effective AI solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence models for real-world business applications.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation, and performance monitoring.
  • Select appropriate algorithms, tools, and frameworks to solve business and technical challenges efficiently.
  • Integrate AI models into production systems, applications, or APIs in collaboration with software engineering teams.
  • Monitor model performance, conduct testing and tuning, and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document model designs, workflows, and technical decisions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data-driven software development (preferred).
  • Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Java, C++, or R is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.
